Our Faculty

At Innovate Academy, our teachers and faculty are intentional about knowing each student individually–each gift, talent, and strength all being shaped for God’s glory. We invest in every child. We go beyond the traditional role of a teacher, believing that we are called to so much more. Our teachers are “mentors,” as they not only educate but seek to care for the entire child’s well-being–body, soul, and spirit. Students are called “scholars,” as it empowers them to be responsible for their own education and engage with peers, challenge their minds, and seek to be Christ-like cultural influencers.
