Tuition & Fees
The Innovate Academy school week combines on-site, satellite, and service-to-community learning. Our on-site schedule is Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The tiered tuition below represents our full five-day academy where curriculum and learning platforms support at-home learning on Fridays.
Affordable Christian Education
Innovate Academy is committed to providing affordable, quality education to as many Christian families as possible. The actual tuition for each student at Innovate is approximately 20% below the actual cost to educate. The generosity of the congregation of Calvary Chapel of Delaware County provides operating support resulting in the reasonable rates you see below. Many of our families qualify to receive further financial aid. For additional aid consideration, you must complete the confidential financial aid application linked below. All scholars receive satellite instruction on Fridays, with curriculum and support provided by our faculty to parents per our collaboration model. Payments can be made via FACTS using your bank account or credit card (with processing fees). Our Friday Learning Center is open to interested families with children entering 2nd grade through 8th grade.

Pay-in-full discount – 2% off tuition if paid in full by July 15, 2026
Biannual discount - 1% off tuition if 50% paid by July 15, 2026 and 50% paid by December 15, 2026
Fees
Enrollment Fee – $250 (per scholar)
Financial Aid Application Fee - $40
Technology Fee – Kindergarten: $100 / Lower School: $100 / Upper School: $150
Late Fee – $30 (applied to late tuition payments)
