As parents, you make countless decisions for your children each day, but few shape their future as profoundly as their education.
Greetings from Innovate Academy,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our Academy. Here, we nurture the whole scholar—mind, body, and spirit—through an education that is intentionally Classical, Christian, and Collaborative.
First, we are Classical.
Our classical approach is rooted in a time-tested tradition that has formed thoughtful, virtuous leaders for more than two thousand years. Classical education looks back to move forward, drawing on the wisdom of the past to prepare scholars for the challenges of the future. The great thinkers of old were the innovators of their day, and their ideas continue to shape our world. Our story-centered curriculum invites scholars into the worlds of heroes, saints, scientists, philosophers, and innovators as they engage with the Great Books, join the Great Conversation, and recognize their place in God’s intentional narrative. Through the Trivium, scholars learn to build knowledge, think critically, and communicate with confidence while studying Latin, participating in hands-on STEAM projects, and pursuing personalized areas of interest. Instead of rushed memorization or test-driven learning, our Scholé-inspired approach cultivates wisdom, wonder, and joyful discovery.
Second, we are Christian.
As a Christ-centered, interdenominational school, we welcome families from across the Christian tradition and unite around the essentials of the historic faith expressed in the Apostles’ Creed. Daily rhythms of Scripture, reflection, and prayer help scholars orient their hearts toward God and practice the four Cardinal Virtues—prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance. Our mentors model these virtues in both instruction and relationship, supporting scholars’ spiritual and emotional formation in our daily Matins and Evensong gatherings. Beyond the classroom, scholars explore their gifts through music, theatre, videography and photography, handicrafts, gardening and herbology, culinary arts, speech and debate, robotics, sports, and more—discovering meaningful ways to serve their community.
Third, we are Collaborative.
We believe education thrives in partnership. Our collaborative model brings parents into the learning process through purposeful home days, shared projects, and open communication. Each scholar is personalized, as their strengths, learning style, academic needs, and personal goals are considered. Flexible schedules allow them to progress at their own pace while receiving tailored support as needed. We also partner with local churches, businesses, and nonprofits to provide real-world experiences, service opportunities, and internships. Together, these partnerships reinforce a truth we hold deeply: every scholar is uniquely gifted and capable of influencing the world right now—not someday in the distant future.
Located on 18 beautiful acres in historic Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, Innovate Academy currently serves pre-kindergarten through grade 9 scholars. Our small class sizes, affordable tuition, and blended on-campus/at-home model allow us to personalize learning while building a healthy, connected community. Our mentors are passionate educators who bring both expertise and wholehearted care into their classrooms each day.
