Marlo Lombardi

Pre-Kindergarten Assistant

With more than 19 years of experience as a paraprofessional educator, Marlo is passionate about nurturing both the academic and personal growth of her students. She has a heart for helping children thrive, implementing individualized behavioral plans, and creating safe, supportive learning environments where every student feels seen and valued.

Guided by her faith, Marlo believes that every child is a precious gift from God—uniquely created with the potential to shine and fulfill their divine purpose. Her approach to education is rooted in love, humility, and compassion.

Outside the classroom, Marlo has been married to her high school sweetheart for 37 years. They have three children and two grandchildren who attend Innovate Academy. She enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Chewy.
