The Innovate Difference
Every scholar a culture-maker.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to engage the whole scholar through a head, heart, and hands approach to learning in order to shape thoughtful, passionate, and entrepreneurial leaders of culture.
OUR VISION:
For us, education is about going back to go forward. We return to proven methods that have shaped scholars for centuries through a classical approach while moving forward with Christ-centered and innovative methods that make learning come alive.

Classical
“The fate of empires relies on education of the youth."
— Aristotle
Classical education doesn’t retreat from the modern world. It prepares scholars to enter it wisely, with deep roots, clear thinking, and hopeful imagination. When you choose a classical education at our Academy, you are choosing:
A proven, centuries-old model that has formed history’s greatest thinkers, saints, inventors, scientists, artists, and leaders.
An academically rigorous program that honors how children’s minds grow through the Trivium framework.
A richly integrated curriculum through the study of the Great Books within annually rotating history cycles (Ancient, Medieval, Early Modern, and Modern) so that content in various disciplines illuminates one another.
A community that prizes virtue and belonging through Houses, mentorship, and shared traditions.
A vision for your child as a whole person—heart, mind, and soul—not just a future worker.

Christian
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
– 3 John 1:2
Our desire is simple: to help your scholar grow into the person God created them to be—fully alive, deeply rooted, and living out their purpose. When you choose a Christian education at our Academy, you are choosing one that:
Nurtures mind, body, and spirit
Grounds scholars in Scripture, worship, prayer, and spiritual disciplines
Protects childhood and honors each scholar’s sacred design
Celebrates the historic Christian faith in all its expressions
Forms habits of joy, gratitude, and wonder
Builds emotional and relational well-being
Creates a Holy Spirit-led culture rooted in God’s love
Prepares scholars to live courageously and compassionately in the world

Collaborative
“Play is the highest form of research.”
– Albert Einstein
We believe scholars thrive when school, family, and community work together; therefore, we are honored to partner with you as your scholar grows into a courageous, thoughtful, young person who loves God, walks in their purpose, and serves others well. When you choose a collaborative education, you are choosing a learning community where:
Parents play a cherished and active role in learning
Mentors walk closely with every scholar
A personalized learning approach honors each scholar’s design
Scholars hone in on their purpose through strengths inventories
Leadership through service is woven into every year
Hands-on, meaningful projects deepen understanding
Community connections bring learning to life
Collaboration equips scholars for college, career, and calling

“Tell me, and I will forget. Show me, and I may remember. Involve me, and I’ll understand.”

Our Blended Instructional Model
At Innovate Academy, learning is not confined to a classroom—it’s a rhythm that moves from mentors, to parents, to the community. Our blended approach intentionally weaves together on-campus formation, at-home practice, and real-world service so scholars learn how to think, connect, and contribute.
On-Campus Instruction
Monday—Thursday
During the four days on campus, scholars experience rich teaching from our mentors through:
Story-driven classical lessons
Hands-on exploration and STEAM connections
Socratic dialogue and collaborative learning
Daily rhythms of Matins, Evensong, and virtue practice
These days give scholars the structured, relational foundation needed to grow academically, spiritually, and socially.
Friday At-Home Learning
(with Parent Partnership)
Fridays invite parents into the learning process in a meaningful, research-supported way. Studies consistently show that intentional parent engagement dramatically increases academic performance and emotional well-being. On Fridays, scholars complete independent work in:
Morning devotionals for contemplation
Reading & writing
Math & science practice
History & geography
Service projects
Time-period enrichment & hands-on activities
Parents act as guides, not instructors, creating space for deepened learning and family rhythms. Many families use Fridays for museum visits, nature studies, hobbies, field trips, or community service.
Optional Friday On-Campus Support
For families who need on-campus support on Fridays, our Academic Support Center provides small-group and individualized help with Friday coursework.

Collaborative Service Learning
in the Community
The final layer of our blended model extends beyond both campus and home—into real-world service and collaboration. By moving naturally from on-campus learning to home rhythms to community engagement, our blended model forms scholars who are academically strong, emotionally grounded, spiritually nurtured, community-minded, confident in real-world settings, and practiced in leadership and virtue.
Through two cornerstone programs, scholars apply their learning in hands-on, meaningful ways:
Culture Makers Class
Our signature formation class teaches leadership, character, creativity, and calling. Scholars study historical examples, explore virtue in action, take strengths-based inventories, and prepare for practical service projects tied to the time period of study.
BOSS Club™ Course
BOSS stands for Business, Outreach, Service, and Skills. Scholars partner with local nonprofits, ministries, and businesses to:
Serve in the community
Participate in hands-on outreach
Shadow professionals
Collaborate on real-world projects
Develop entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills
These shared experiences help scholars see that learning is not something they consume, but something they practice.
