Located on a beautiful 18-acre campus, Innovate Academy blends four days of on-site instruction with a guided at-home learning day, creating a balanced and intentional educational rhythm for Primary through Upper School.

Application Process
Joining Innovate Academy is a relational process where families can explore our model, meet our staff, and discern whether our community is the right place for your scholar to flourish.

Tour

Attend an informal, in-person tour of our 18-acre campus. During this tour, we’ll tell you about our mission, vision, and model, and you can ask any questions regarding our methods or your child’s educational needs.
Tours are scheduled in 1/2 hour time slots on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Confident we’re a fit? Follow this link to begin your application. There’s a $95 nonrefundable Application Fee per scholar.
Interview

Parents will meet with our Head of School while scholars are observed by our Dean in the classroom setting. Children will also be tested for assessment of school readiness and for placement level of core subjects.
Upper School scholars will stay for the entire day to participate in a normal day of activities. Grade 1-5 scholars will stay for half a day.
Parents receive admission decisions by email generally within 6 weeks of completion of their file.

Accepted families complete enrollment paperwork, choose their Friday learning option (on-site Academic Support Center or guided at-home learning), and attend orientation before joining the Innovate community.

Tuition & Fees
All scholars receive at-home instruction on Fridays, with curriculum and support provided to parents by our faculty under our collaboration model. Payments can be made via FACTS using your bank account or credit card (with processing fees). Our Flexible Fridays Program is open to interested families with children entering 2nd grade through 8th grade.
2026-2027 Tuition Rates
Your investment supports a Christ-centered, academically rich education that is intentionally priced approximately 20% below the actual cost thanks to support from Calvary Chapel of Delaware County, our donors, special funds, and tax credit programs.

Apply for Financial Aid
If your family would like to apply for Financial Aid at Innovate Academy, please click the button below. We use a third party, FACTS, to assist the Financial Aid Committee’s decision on each awarded amount. FACTS takes into account a family’s income and expenses (based on national cost of living averages), number of dependents, and assets (excluding home equity and retirement) when determining awards.
You can view our Scholarships and EITC Program to help cover the cost of tuition as well.
