Attitude & Attire
More Than Just Clothes
At Innovate Academy, we believe that how we present ourselves shapes how we learn, how we treat others, and how we see our place in the world.
Etiquette
At Innovate Academy, etiquette is not about formality— it is about loving our neighbor through small, daily acts of thoughtfulness.
Across grade levels, scholars learn age-appropriate practices such as:
Greeting others with kindness
Using respectful language
Demonstrating gratitude
Navigating shared spaces (hallways, lunch, chapel) with care
Practicing table etiquette during feasts and special events
Showing hospitality to guests, families, and peers
Speaking and listening with attentiveness during discussions
These habits are woven naturally into the school day—through Matins and Evensong, House life, classroom routines, and our community celebrations. Etiquette becomes not a rulebook, but a culture of honor and delight.
Dress Code
Our dress code is not about perfection or pressure—it is about cultivating habits of dignity, focus, and belonging.
Grounded in our classical and Christian tradition, our dress expectations encourage scholars to practice:
Simplicity—choosing clothing that minimizes distraction
Respect—honoring themselves, peers, and mentors
Order & Preparedness—approaching each day with readiness
Unity—expressing shared identity as a joyful learning community
Our goal is to set scholars up for success by reinforcing practices that help them grow in character and confidence.
