At Innovate Academy, etiquette is not about formality— it is about loving our neighbor through small, daily acts of thoughtfulness.
Across grade levels, scholars learn age-appropriate practices such as:

  • Greeting others with kindness

  • Using respectful language

  • Demonstrating gratitude

  • Navigating shared spaces (hallways, lunch, chapel) with care

  • Practicing table etiquette during feasts and special events

  • Showing hospitality to guests, families, and peers

  • Speaking and listening with attentiveness during discussions

These habits are woven naturally into the school day—through Matins and Evensong, House life, classroom routines, and our community celebrations. Etiquette becomes not a rulebook, but a culture of honor and delight.

Dress Code

Grounded in our classical and Christian tradition, our dress expectations encourage scholars to practice:

  • Unity—expressing shared identity as a joyful learning community
