A Clearer Window Into Who We Are — and Where We’re Going

We’re excited to share that the new Innovate Academy website is officially live!

This update represents months of thoughtful work to better reflect who we already are, what we already do,, as well as where we’re headed next as a school community.

First and foremost, this website is not about reinventing Innovate — it’s about telling our story more clearly.

Many of the programs and offerings highlighted on the new site already exist and are deeply integrated into our current model. For example, our three centers — Academic Support, Innovation, and Wellness — are not new initiatives, but long-standing pillars of our program. The updated website provides greater clarity and cohesion on how these centers work together to develop the whole scholar, helping families, donors, and the broader community to better understand what makes Innovate distinct.

You’ll also notice a stronger visual and narrative emphasis on the spaces and experiences shaping scholar formation, including the garden, The Table café, the counselors’ suite, and our House Culture — alongside spaces we are preparing to activate in new ways, such as the studio for recording our first podcast episode. These environments have played or will play an important role in Innovate’s life, even if they weren’t fully represented on our previous site.

In addition, the new website highlights key areas of momentum, including:

  • Our Upper School inclusion of 9th grade and the ccdelco building campaign

  • The addition of our Advisory Board

  • An evolving parent partnership through a now forming PTA: the Culture Makers Committee

  • Expanded storytelling around scholars, mentors, and community impact

This launch comes at a timely moment. National conversations around education are increasingly turning toward the value of classical education — including a recent article in the Wall Street Journal highlighting renewed interest in educational models that emphasize intellectual formation, virtue, and enduring truths. While Innovate has always been committed to these principles, the new website allows us to articulate more clearly how our Classical, Christian, and Collaborative, timeless model puts them into practice — every day, in real classrooms, with real scholars.

We’re also grateful to introduce two new team members whose work supports Innovate’s mission and long-term vision:

Ashley Sereikis, Marketing & Communications Manager, is stewarding our brand, storytelling, and communications to ensure Innovate’s voice is clear, consistent, and compelling across platforms.

Mark Slider, Development and Innovation Mentor, supports innovation initiatives, partnerships, and opportunities that strengthen both scholar formation and the school's long-term sustainability.

As always, your work, creativity, and commitment are at the heart of Innovate’s story. This website simply helps the outside world better see the incredible things already happening inside our classrooms, programs, and community.

If you have questions or feedback about the website, please direct them to Ashley Sereikis at innovatemarketing@innovateacademy.com .

Thank you for all you do to shape scholars, build culture, and bring Innovate’s mission to life every day. We’re grateful to serve alongside you as we continue forming the next generation of Culture Makers.
