Valerie Clark Bolton

After School Programming Director

Valerie Clark Bolton has acquired her love and appreciation for rules, structure, documentation, learning and curiosity from a 28+ year career in the legal industry.  

As someone who was nurtured in the church since she was a child, she recognizes the value and treasure that a strong Christian foundation provides in shaping young hearts and minds. Over a few decades, Valerie has enjoyed sowing into young minds in a variety of settings, namely Children’s Church, Sunday School and VBS. She also was a Girl Scout leader for many years.  

Valerie enjoys sewing, weaving, gardening, and learning new creative and artistic fiber-related techniques. She is excited and thankful for the opportunity to use her acquired life and professional skills at Innovate Academy. Valerie has two adult sons and resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two cats.
