Interested in enrolling your child in our program for Fall 2019 through Spring 2020?

Step 1: Please look over our tuition information and our program description.

Step 2: Please request an interview. The purpose of this is to answer any questions and to ensure that we will be the right fit for your child.

Step 3: You will be sent an electronic application through Class Reach following the interview. If you don’t receive it, please check your “junk mail” folder. Please complete all information.

Step 4: You will be sent a tuition agreement form which will enable you to choose a monthly or annual payment option.

Step 5: You will begin receiving messages from our administration with uniform information, class information and more. You will also have access to Class Reach, where you can pay tuition, check grades, communicate and see announcements all in one place.

Tuition

Tuition is tiered as follows for our Core program (Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm):

  • Preschool: Morning $2,600 (8:30 am - 12 pm); Full Day $3,600 annually (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

  • K-1st:  $3,800 annually

  • 2nd-5th:  $4,600 annually

  • 6th-8th:  $4,800 annually

The option to enroll your child in our 4th day (Optional Monday) is $1,200 annually (8:30 am - 3:30 pm). Mentors will ensure your at-home Monday work is completed as well as offer enrichment opportunities.

Fees: Our re-enrollment fee is $150 (the re-enrollment fee is absorbed into the tuition payment plan if the student is re-enrolled by April 1. Otherwise, it will be a separate fee.) We cap our classrooms at 15 scholars per mentor so enrollment will close once a classroom is full. If a classroom is full, you will be notified and your application placed on a waiting list. The application fee for new students is $90 (non-refundable).

Tuition payments are not inclusive of fees that occur throughout the year, including but not limited to school supplies, uniforms, placement testing, and other incidentals. A field trip fee is charged at the beginning of the year ($25 for PreK; $90 for all other blended grades) and included in your tuition payment agreement plan. For those who pay monthly, a 5% transaction fee will be added. A $30 late fee will be charged if a payment is not received by 7 days after the due date each month.

Family Discount: For families with multiple children enrolling, our policy is that the first tuition rate is not discounted; however, each child thereafter will receive a $200 discount.

To secure your child's enrollment upon acceptance, the first payment of tuition will be applied by July.
